We are seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable full-time nanny to care for twin toddler boys (20 months old) for a lovely, easy-going family based in Calabasas, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior twin experience, be highly familiar with toddler developmental milestones, and be comfortable working in a home with pets and a collaborative team environment. This is a long-term, stable role in a peaceful, loving household. The family is incredibly kind, respectful, and generous, and they’re looking for someone who can become a valued and consistent part of their lives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience caring for toddlers (twin experience required)
  • Knowledge of toddler developmental stages and activities
  • Experience cooking and preparing nutritious meals for toddlers
  • Pet Friendly. Comfortable with 3 large dogs and 2 cats
  • Energetic and physically able to go on long walks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (once a year)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Legal to work in the U.S.
  • CPR/First Aid certified (preferred)
  • Fully vaccinated (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, full-charge care for twin toddler boys
  • Manage daily routine: feeding, napping, play, walks, and activities
  • Prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks for the children
  • Tidy up children's areas, do children’s laundry, and reset rooms after each shift
  • Work closely with the secondary nanny (who covers Tues/Thurs) to ensure consistency
  • Support future transitions to school and activities (drop-off/pickup)
  • Accompany family on travel 1x/year if needed
  • Foster a calm, nurturing, and safe environment

Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (3-days weekly)

10–12 hour shifts (typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Saturday coverage may occasionally be shared with the second nanny

Compensation:

$40+/hour

No additional benefits at this time

Location:

Calabasas, CA (off Mulholland Drive)

Must be comfortable commuting to a nature-filled residential area
