ABOUT THE ROLE
\n
Manages all call center software and call center reporting functions.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH \n
\n - Manages SAP process improvements (recommend and lead implementation)
\n - Assist with terminal inventory management, reconciliation, subcontracting
\n - Assist with customer service duties when required
\n - Assist with carrier account management
\n - Creation of purchase requisitions for transportation and logistics good and services
\n - Good receipts and service entries of non-freight invoices
\n - ISO 14001 and 9001 Coordination
\n - Act as primary contact for NABS on customer billing issues
\n - Training of customer service staff
\n - Training of new, contract and seasonal staff (includes SAP)
\n - Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
\n - Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR \n
Education: Associate's degree
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Logistics and Transportation
Required Work Experience: 1-3 years experience within the customer service environment preferably in Manufacturing
\n
Required Computer and Software Skills: Proficiency with SAP, BW and MS Office
Additional Requirements: \n
\n - Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
\n - Demonstrates leadership/ability to take ownership of tasks and make decisions, takes initiative and is self-motivated
\n - Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
