Job Title: Network Engineer (Cisco, DMVPN, IPSec, OSPF/BGP, Wireshark)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN networking equipment in large-scale environments with 1,000+ remote endpoints, including switches, routers/firewalls, and VPN devices. Proficient in using protocol analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) to perform detailed network data capture and analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding of network protocols and technologies such as DMVPN, IPsec, OSPF, and BGP.
• Extensive experience working with Cisco hardware and Cisco IOS in complex TCP/IP environments, including routing, NAT/port forwarding, and VPN configuration and management.
• Proficient in supporting and configuring wireless networking equipment from vendors including Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Aruba.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business users to:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and deliver corresponding technical solutions
  • Operate effectively as part of a cross-functional team including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in dynamic environments
  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
